Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to Artsy Floors. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website artsyfloors.in and your interactions with Artsy Floors in relation to enquiries, quotations, consultations, design services, supply and installation of flooring systems.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, photographs, renderings, samples, colours, specifications and descriptions are intended to provide a general representation of our products and services.

Metallic epoxy is an artisanal flooring system. Natural variations in colour, movement, pattern, depth and visual appearance are inherent characteristics of the product.

No two metallic epoxy floors will be exactly identical.

Images displayed on our website should therefore be considered examples and inspiration rather than a guarantee that a finished floor will exactly reproduce the appearance shown.

3. Quotations

Requests submitted through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, email or social media do not constitute a binding agreement.

A project becomes confirmed only after Artsy Floors has issued a quotation or agreement and the customer has accepted the applicable terms and paid any required deposit.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are based on the information available to us at the time, including floor area, substrate condition, location, selected system, design and anticipated preparation work.

Additional work discovered during preparation or installation may result in additional charges. Where reasonably possible, these will be communicated to the customer before additional work is undertaken.

4. Site Inspection and Floor Condition

The final suitability of an epoxy flooring system depends partly on the existing substrate and site conditions.

Before or during installation, Artsy Floors may assess matters including:

  • moisture;
  • cracks;
  • uneven surfaces;
  • contamination;
  • existing coatings;
  • concrete quality;
  • structural movement; and
  • accessibility and working conditions.

Problems that could not reasonably be identified before work commenced may require additional preparation or remedial work.

Structural defects, active water ingress, severe moisture problems or movement originating from the building or substrate may require third-party remediation before installation can continue.

5. Colours, Samples and Metallic Effects

Metallic epoxy flooring is individually created using pigments and application techniques that generate organic movement.

Samples and digital images are intended to demonstrate the general colour combination and design direction.

The completed installation may differ from a sample in:

  • pattern;
  • pigment distribution;
  • movement;
  • colour intensity;
  • gloss;
  • depth; and
  • visual effects.

These variations are part of the bespoke nature of metallic epoxy flooring and are not necessarily defects.

6. Installation

Customers must provide reasonable access to the project area during agreed installation periods.

Unless otherwise agreed, the installation area should be cleared of furniture, equipment and other obstacles before work begins.

During preparation, application and curing, access to the flooring area may be restricted.

Customers must follow the curing and aftercare instructions provided by Artsy Floors. Walking on, placing furniture on or otherwise using the floor before the recommended curing period has passed may damage the surface.

7. Project Timelines

Any installation date or completion estimate provided by Artsy Floors is given in good faith.

Timelines can be affected by circumstances including substrate conditions, moisture, curing times, weather, material availability, site readiness, construction delays and changes requested by the customer.

Where delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed.

8. Payment

Payment schedules will be specified in the individual quotation or project agreement.

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or an installation date is confirmed.

Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Additional work requested by the customer or required because of previously unknown site conditions may be invoiced separately.

9. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation terms may vary according to the project and will be stated in the applicable quotation or project agreement.

Because metallic epoxy floors can involve custom colours, pigments, samples and materials specifically prepared or ordered for an individual project, certain costs may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, subject to applicable law.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and changes to the project schedule.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

10. Durability and Performance

The performance and lifespan of an epoxy floor depend on multiple factors, including:

  • the flooring system selected;
  • substrate quality;
  • installation conditions;
  • intensity of use;
  • exposure to chemicals;
  • UV exposure;
  • maintenance;
  • physical impact; and
  • compliance with care instructions.

Any specific warranty or performance commitment applicable to a project will be stated separately in the quotation, specification or warranty documentation.

General statements on the website regarding expected durability should not be interpreted as an unconditional warranty for every installation.

11. Maintenance

Customers are responsible for following the cleaning and maintenance instructions provided by Artsy Floors.

Damage caused by misuse, inappropriate chemicals, excessive impact, dragging heavy objects, structural movement, moisture originating beneath the flooring system or failure to follow maintenance instructions may not be covered by any applicable warranty.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Artsy Floors name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations and other original content on artsyfloors.in are owned by or licensed to Artsy Floors.

Artsy Floors is not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Artsy Floors will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the applicable courts and consumer dispute resolution mechanisms under Indian law.
